There's only one thing better than helping a guest buy or lease a car; that's doing it a second and third time, because the relationship works so smoothly. If he could have a super hero power, Tom says it would be to predict the future. Here's our shot at it: when you meet Tom, we predict you'll get along famously.

Lance's tenure in years on Team Kocourek is double digits and, in that time, his transition from Sales Manager to Finance Manager at Kocourek Subaru has felt natural and rewarding. Each involves a different time in the process of helping dreams come true for guests. As Finance Manager, he works to find the finance and lease packages that best fit each individual situation. And after all the i's are dotted and t's are crossed, he watches guests drive away in new vehicles, happy with every phase of the buying process. To say Lance enjoys golf is an understatement. We all know it can be a roller coaster ride at times. Well, he has the perfect arrangement: on days of less-than-perfect golf, he simply goes home and plays the drums to relieve the frustration.

Scott is the Business Manager at Kocourek Ford-Lincoln. A lot happens during the car-buying process, browsing, test driving, talking with sales associates to determine the best fit, and then, when the choice has been made, everything finds its way into the business office. It's where the i's are dotted, the t's are crossed and guests then drive home in a new vehicle. Each encounter is definitely unique, every guest an individual, but the end result is always the same: happy, satisfied guests. Scott has the privilege of witnessing that end result every day.
