For any covered claim, the amount paid under this Limited Warranty will never be more than the fair market value of Your Vehicle immediately before the mechanical failure. Your Vehicle's fair market value shall be determined by using the National Automobile Dealers Association Official Used Car Guide, as of the date of loss and subject to the Limit of Liability in paragraph one (1).
